I'm Nina Beckhardt, founder of The Naming Group, and I spend my days helping organizations name things and set up effective naming cultures. Over the years, I've found that some of the most important naming questions are ones people are reluctant to bring up publicly: questions about internal politics, bad decisions that are already in the wild, names that don't feel right but no one will say why.
